Refund policy
At Ziggli, we take pride in crafting personalised storybooks that are uniquely tailored to each customer. Since our books are made-to-order based on the details you provide and sent for printing immediately after order confirmation, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product that meets your expectations.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production defects, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@ziggli.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
To help us process your claim, please retain the original packaging and return the defective book if requested.
Order Errors & Personalisation Issues
Because each Ziggli book is custom-made based on the details you provide and sent for printing immediately after order confirmation, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors in spelling, character selection, mistaken order or other personalisation details unless the mistake was due to an error on our part. Please double-check your customisation details before completing your order.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information. If your book appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@ziggli.com, and we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take up to two (2) weeks to process, but may take longer during peak periods.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or undelivered orders
Non-Returnable Items
As our books are printed on demand and customised specifically for you, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect details entered during customisation
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
